Meet Michelle
Dr. Michelle Shively, PT, DPT (She/her)
I’m a Wisconsin native who loves to explore the world. After years of living in the state of Oregon, I was drawn back to Madison to live near my family and enjoy what makes our home here so special- natural beauty, delicious food, and kind people who care for one another.
I hold a BA in International Studies and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UW-Madison. As my physical therapy career has grown, I’ve focused my work toward my passion of women’s health. I’ve completed extensive post graduate training in pelvic pain, bowel and bladder health, abdominal visceral mobilization, pregnancy/postpartum, hip and core orthopedics, as well as perimenopause/menopause care. I have never been more rewarded in my work, and I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to serve the women of our community.
During my time outside the clinic, I enjoy running, hiking, biking, and paddling. I love to create with food from garden to table, and most of all, I love sharing the bounty with my family and friends.
